Abrazo Arizona Heart Hospital offering low-cost screening

Abrazo Health is offering a low-cost heart attack and stroke risk assessment. The screening checks blood flow in carotid and ankle arteries, includes a simple EKG for heart rhythm, a blood pressure check and overall fitness assessment. Called an Angioscreen, the $59 assessment takes only about 10 minutes. Participants review their results privately onsite with a clinician and are provided with a color printout of their results which include ultrasound photos of their carotid arteries.
