Celebrate the incredible bond between dogs and people at this exciting afternoon event at the Leo Rich Theater. Enjoy heartwarming and hilarious short films from around the world, including the premiere of The Golden Retriever Bachelor, filmed right here in Tucson.
Doggie Shorts is the primary fundraising event for Ability Dogs of Arizona, a local nonprofit formerly known as Handi-Dogs. For 50 years, our ADI-accredited program has helped people with disabilities train their own service animals. Proceeds from tickets and our silent auction allow us to provide free and low-cost services to those in need.
Event Highlights:
-A masterfully curated set of short films about dogs
-Silent auction with hotel stays, golf foursomes, dog gear, and more
-Demonstrations of the amazing things service dogs can do
-Wine pull and raffle
-Concessions and bar available
Bring the whole family! Kids, veterans, and individuals with service dogs receive discounted tickets. Your support will help us make the next 50 years even more impactful.
