In "Caras Vemos," director Beto Gomez presents a charming comedy that explores the dynamics of an unconventional family after a whimsical encounter with an ancient god leads to a body-swap scenario. Laura, the mother, becomes a teenager engrossed in her phone and love life; Luis, the father, is stuck in the body of his son, Dante; and their younger daughter takes on her father's persona. Meanwhile, the lethargic brother inhabits the body of his sister, Mariana, while little Zoe steps into the role of the wise mother.
As the characters navigate their new identities, they confront their misunderstandings and learn to appreciate each other's perspectives. With a talented cast, including Bruno Bichir and Mariana Treviño, the film blends humor with poignant moments, ultimately emphasizing the importance of love and family unity.
