"Revisiting Creedence" brings the legendary sounds of Creedence Clearwater Revival back to the stage, performed by the talented frontmen Dan McGuinness and Kurt Griffey, who have toured worldwide with CCR’s original members. Since 2011, Dan and Kurt have rocked nearly 1,000 concerts with Creedence Clearwater Revisited, fronting the iconic band’s live performances with CCR founding members Stu Cook and Doug “Cosmo” Clifford. Now, they continue the legacy with their own powerhouse tribute show, bringing CCR’s timeless catalog of hits to fans everywhere.
With Dan McGuinness’ soaring vocals and Kurt Griffey’s exceptional guitar work, the band delivers unforgettable renditions of classic hits like "Green River," "Bad Moon Rising," "Born on the Bayou," "Fortunate Son," and, of course, "Proud Mary." The show also features extended jams on tracks like “I Heard It Through the Grapevine” and “Susie Q,” showcasing the musicianship and energy that defined CCR’s live performances.
The band is rounded out by the incredible Ron Wikso on drums, who was hand-picked by Doug Clifford to sub for him in Creedence Clearwater Revisited, and multi-instrumentalist Mat Scarpelli on bass, bringing the authentic CCR rhythm section sound.
"Revisiting Creedence" is the ultimate celebration of the musical legacy of one of America’s greatest rock bands, delivering an authentic, high-energy live concert experience that captures the spirit of Creedence Clearwater Revival for fans new and old.
