Hilton Anaheim Launches Canvas Conversations Exhibit for Juneteenth

Hilton Anaheim, the largest Orange County hotel property and located steps away from the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland Resort, has partnered with the local Orange County Art Council to launch the first installation of “Canvas Conversations” in conjunction with the Juneteenth holiday. Located throughout the hotel through June 30th, pieces from local POC artists include different mediums such as photography, sculpture and digital art. Britt Samuels Jr leads the initiative as the lead art curator and aims to celebrate the vibrant culture of Anaheim but also offer travelers a glimpse into the soul of the community, telling stories with each stroke of paint of sculpted form. The artists within the exhibit are Peyton Burnett, Doris Draffen, Eric Jones, Kaleeka Bond, Larissa Brown and Britt Samuels Jr.. The Orange County community are encouraged to visit Hilton Anaheim through the end of the month and enjoy the pieces by these local artists!
