Alex Film Society Presents the 26th Annual Three Stooges Big Screen Event

On Thanksgiving Weekend, Saturday November 30th, the Alex Film Society will present the 26th Annual The Three Stooges® Big Screen Event! in association with C3 Entertainment, Inc.  This year, we honor a select group of the filmmakers who guided the comic mayhem you’ve come to love and enjoy: Three Stooges directors Preston Black, Charley Chase, Del Lord and Edward Bernds.  We’ll present representative works from each director, including Preston Black’s “Slipper Silks”; Charley Chase’s “Flat Foot Stooges”; Del Lord’s “How High Is Up?” and Edward Bernds’ “Hot Scots,” plus two more classic comedy shorts, all once again projected from pristine 35mm prints onto the big screen at the Alex, courtesy of Sony Pictures.  Join Moe, Larry, Curly and Shemp and laugh yourself into the Holiday Season with the most enduring comedy team in motion picture history. Showtimes for this enduring Glendale holiday tradition are 2:00 PM & 8:00 PM.
