A Desi Christmas at SHOR Bazaar in Hawaiian Gardens

SHOR Bazaar, LA’s upscale Desi eatery by four-time Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized chef, is welcoming all for the holidays with a limited-time menu this year!

Available from Monday, 12/23, through Sunday, 12/29, SHOR is offering a limited-edition Christmas menu that puts a unique Desi spin on traditional Chinese dishes, paying homage to the cherished tradition of dining at Chinese restaurants during the week of Christmas. The full menu includes:

• Cauliflower 65 ($13): Gram flour battered, curry leaf, served with tangy jaggery chutney
• Szechuan Chicken Fried Rice "Indo-Chinese Stir Fry" ($15): Boneless leg, hot & spicy Szechuan sauce
• Hakka Noodles "Market Veggie" ($16): Indian-Chinese house-made soy sauce
• Chili Garlic Shrimp with Rice ($21): Tempura battered, chili garlic chutney, served on a bed of rice

In addition, SHOR’s holiday mocktail menu is still available for a limited time, featuring cozy creations like the Roseberry Mule and the EggNot, made with oat milk, coconut cream, date syrup, cinnamon powder, and Seedlip Spice—a festive pairing to complement the menu.

SHOR will be open for regular dining hours all week, including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The Christmas menu and mocktails are available for Dine-In only, and reservations are available now on OpenTable.
