The Bamboo Club Hosts Night of Curated, Off-Menu Cocktails & Snack Pairings

Long Beach’s favorite tiki bar is launching several special, intimate evenings for small groups with curated cocktails & food pairings known as ‘Interpretations,’. Think Omakase service at a sushi bar – but Tiki edition! On Tuesday April 4th, a select Bamboo Club bartender - Lee Ackerman - will put together a curated list of off-menu cocktails, paired with thoughtful snacks prepared by Chef Chris, including Black Chicken Karaage, a Tuna Truffle Hand Roll and more. The event will be offered in three seatings, for groups of up to six people – with one at 5:30 PM, one at 7:15 PM and the final group at 8:45 PM. Each seating reserves an hour and fifteen minutes, and will include hands-on service from the bartender, who will serve the group off-menu cocktails and snack pairings directly, and discuss their inspiration for the cocktails and origins of the spirits. Tickets to the experience are very limited and can be purchased here at $75 per person, plus gratuity and taxes.
