Executive Chef Eric Samaniego has crafted a special multi-course menu, featuring scratch-made pastas, seasonal ingredients, and prime steaks, each paired with a selection of wines chosen to elevate every bite. Throughout the evening, Antinori’s ambassador, Brett Pagett, will share his passion and knowledge as he goes table-to-table, offering personal insights into each pairing and the rich history behind these celebrated wines.
