PREREQUISITE: complete EFT Level I and II online programs with the correspondent exams.

Courses are being offer as a combination of livestream with training and practices and pre-recorded segments.

EFT (stands for Emotional Freedom Technique) is a technique based on acupuncture and acupressure that everybody can easily practice and it is the core of a more complex technique called TFT (Thought Field Therapy). It consists on tapping or massaging acupuncture points while focusing on a traumatic event or a belief or fear that we want to release. This releases the negative energy from our body.
