The Annual Wildlife in Art Show, hosted by the Foothills Art Association in La Mesa, is one of the longest running juried art shows in Southern California. This "wild" and inspiring show is celebrating its 35th consecutive year this November.
The Wildlife in Art Show is on exhibit from October 29, 2024 through December 4, 2024. The show is free to attend and open to the public at the Foothills Fine Art Gallery, located in La Mesa's historic Porter Hall, at 4910 Memorial Drive in La Mesa. The Foothills Fine Art Gallery is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
The Foothills Art Association is honored to have esteemed artist Ken Goldman as juror this year. The Show awards approximately $2,000 in cash and merchandise for the best fine art of wildlife captured in oil, acrylic, watercolor, colored pencil, mixed media, collage, pastel and more. The community is invited to attend the Awards Reception on Saturday, November 2nd, from 3-6 pm.
Foothills Art Association is a nonprofit art association that promotes the arts and offers educational and exhibition opportunities to artists in the San Diego community.
