Sharpen your chef's knife and ready your apron for an evening of cooking and community on May 12th! Chef May Henneman from The Gourmandise School will teach an intimate cooking class with lessons on how to make Gnocchi with Brown Butter & Sage, Salad with Dill Vinaigrette, and Olive Oil Cake. While cooking, you'll also hear the latest updates from Union Station Homeless Services.
Your ingredients box will include all necessary ingredients (enough for two servings), custom Cook for a Cause rubber spatula, as well as the printed recipe and class outline.
