Celebrate 4th of July w/ Firework Views @ The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar RSM!

Let freedom ring this 4th of July (or 5th, rather) at The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar in Rancho Santa Margarita! On Friday, July 5th, enjoy the lakeside views of SAMLARC’s Star Spangled Spectacular firework finale with al fresco seating and patriotic food specials the whole family can enjoy!

Accompanying the current chef-driven menu, the New-American gastropub is offering two all-American favorites with a twist on Friday, July 5th to celebrate the occasion. Dig into the Street Dog, an all-beef hot dog topped with crispy bacon, caramelized onions, bell peppers, mayo, mustard, and chives, or the Baby Back Ribs, rubbed in a spiced peach BBQ sauce, and served with a side of fried corn and chipotle aioli.

Choose between seating such as:

• $75 per seat minimum for our lakeside patio
• $50 per seat minimum for our open air courtyard

The specials will be held all day, and the Star Spangled Spectacular firework show presented by SAMLARC is set to  occur at 9 pm.
