You wanted more Sacramento so we’re returning with new artists and vendors selling extraordinary wares and all kinds of strange delights! Find bones, bugs, taxidermy, dark art, unique jewelry, collectibles, medical specimens, natural science, and PLUS...

Our spectacular event features 50 artists selling handmade and found wares, mouse taxidermy and beetle pinning workshops, the FANTASTIC Renegade Circus, a special exhibit by none other than Dr. R. Snick, and music from local DJ’s. PLUS a full bar, light bites, and more!

Beetle Pinning Workshop ADD-ON (MUST PURCHASE AN ODDITIES SHOW TICKET)

Stag Beetle Pinning Workshop Description:

1 hour in duration; class starts promptly at 11:30am Learn how to prepare, pin, and mount your very own stag beetle! This class is designed for all skill levels and will cover the basics of beginner insect pinning. Each participant will be provided all materials to pin their own beetle to take home with them! Participants will leave with a pinned beetle that will be display ready in one week!

Glass domes and frames will be available for purchase during the class.

*Anyone under the age of 18 will need to arrive with a parent or guardian to give consent to take the class.

Mouse Taxidermy Workshop ADD-ON (MUST PURCHASE AN ODDITIES SHOW TICKET) Ages 14+

Mouse Taxidermy Workshop Description:

2:15 PM | $125 each

3 hours in duration; class starts promptly at 2:30pm This class is designed for all skill levels and will cover the basics of beginner taxidermy, including how to skin, clean, and “stuff” a mouse. Each participant will be provided all materials to create their own creepy cute furry friend! By the end of this class, you will leave with a completed taxidermy mouse and instructions on how to finish drying your piece. All mice should be display-ready in about 2 weeks!

*Anyone under the age of 18 will need to arrive with a parent or guardian to give consent to take the class.

All mice and insects were obtained legally and sustainably. No part of any animal will be wasted for the sake of taxidermy. All “insides” feed reptiles. All “outsides” make art!
