About this event
Hear ye! Hear ye! And welcome to the Dark Age Masquerade (DAM). Enter on a side of caution because there is no telling what awaits on the other side. Knights fighting dragons? Vikings sailing the seven seas? Or maybe mystics selling their newest cure-alls? Join us for an entertaining matinee of show stopping performances and contests of the highest honor as we embark into a world where imagination meets reality.
The show is sure to incite wonder and awe in its spectators as they gaze upon amazing feats of strength and grace. But it does not stop there! Partake in the fun by being in our costume contest where you, the audience, reign supreme!
Immediately following the show, the audience is welcome to engage in a 15 minute interactive artist talk where there will be an opportunity for questions and comments.
DAM is a two act stage show produced by Luna Finn and Azadeh Weber. Luna has produced shows all over the country through her company Cosmic Circus Arts and is a full-time aerial dance instructor and circus performer. Azadeh is the founder of Embodied Aerial Arts, holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies, and studies Circus Art Therapy at The Circus Arts Institute in Atlanta, GA.
