What is Shibori? Shibori is a Japanese manual resist dyeing technique, which produces patterns on fabric. For more info, scroll past the picture below!
Our instructors will walk you through creating your own beautiful Shibori Scarf! We will guide you through the process of scrunching, folding, and binding your scarf, and then we will show you how to add the traditional Shibori indigo dye to your piece!
This event includes a drink of your choice and appetizers!! So while our inks are setting, we can munch and mingle!
Each registered guest will receive a massive 27 x 72-inch cotton scarf with tassels. This piece can be used as a scarf, shawl, wrap, tablecloth, or even an art piece to hang! If you would like a second scarf for yourself, you can purchase an extra one at the studio
