Teen Girls Self-Defense Workshop, will give your girls the resources, skills, and strategies to make the right choices for their well-being, protection, and safety.

They'll come to understand how people can manipulate and coerce them (bad guys, bullies, acquaintances, 'authhorities' and even relatives).

They'll learn best ways to avoid being forced into a vehicle, how to deal with inappropriate questions, what to say to bullies, and how to sense when something just doesn't feel right.

When you're not around, they're truly on their own to figure out what's best when confronted by anyone who might compromise their safety, or threaten their well-being.

They'll also learn Mental, Verbal, and Physical skills.
