2023 Owl Creek Chase

The Owl Creek Chase has two opportunities to participate. You can register to race and compete for prizes with the 3 timed uphill segments including a 1.6k sprint finish. Or register with family and friends and tour the course at your own pace. A $30 entry includes a bib, race chip, t-shirt and a lunch at the Red Mountain Grill at the Aspen Nordic Center. The race starts at 9am on Sunday, February 12th as a mass start in Snowmass Town Park and runs the length of the Owl Creek Trail to finish at the Aspen Nordic Center and Golf Course in Aspen, CO. The 20.3k course takes you through some pristine and breathaking landscapes of the Elk Mountain Range and is one of the Roaring Fork Valley's most popular XC Ski Trails.
