Makoto Sushi Class

Makoto invites guests to a special sushi-making class on October 2, starting at 5:30 PM. The evening begins with a welcome drink—wine, sake, cocktails, or beer—alongside light bites like edamame and spicy tuna crispy rice. Sushi Chef Aki will share the art and history of sushi, followed by a hands-on session where participants will create maki rolls, nigiri, and temaki handrolls. To end the night, guests can enjoy mochi and take home a personalized certificate to commemorate their sushi-making experience.
