NAMI Miami-Dade’s Reel Minds Miami Mental Health Film Festival

After a long hiatus due to the pandemic, NAMI Miami-Dade’s “Reel Minds Miami Mental Health Film Festival” is making its much-anticipated return on Sunday, October 20. This year's festival will showcase a selection of short films that provide diverse perspectives on mental health, focusing on stories of hope and recovery to highlight how individuals cope and lead successful, active lives. In addition to film screenings, local experts and filmmakers will engage in panel discussions to raise awareness for mental health.

“This is one of our most beloved signature events and a unique opportunity to raise awareness for mental health through film,” said Susan Holtzman, CEO and President of NAMI Miami-Dade.
