Indigo Bluegrass BBQ

Calling all lovers of bluegrass and barbecue! The Indigo Bluegrass BBQ is back in Eustis on February 11, 2023, from noon to 4 p.m. Guests can enjoy live bluegrass music by The Blackwater Creek Bluegrass Band while grabbing a delicious meal from OakWood Smokehouse & Grill. Proceeds from the event support the OCIC’s mission to re-introduce the eastern indigo snake and striped newt to their habitats. Attendees are asked to park at the Cassia Community Center, 29245 Florida Highway 44 in Eustis, and they will be shuttled to the OCIC. Tickets are $30 for one and $50 for two, available here. There will also be an online auction starting January 12 benefiting the OCIC and the Central Florida Zoo & Botanical Gardens. Help us save a species!
