FISH WITH A HERO TO HOST 25 WOUNDED AND DISABLED FLORIDA VETERANS FOR 10TH ANNUAL ISLAMORADA FISHING EVENT
Islamorada, FL (9/11/2024) – “It’s just amazing to see the difference this program can make in a disabled veteran’s life. It’s just a small way to give back to those that gave so much to our country” says Mark Gibson, Fish With A Hero VP of Florida Keys Operations.
Fish With A Hero is hosting its 10th Annual event this year to honor veterans who have served our country and will give 25 disabled and wounded veterans a chance for an adventure of a lifetime fishing some of the best spots in the world in the beautiful waters off the shores of Islamorada!
Event participants will be fishing on charters provided by professional captains at World Wide Sportsman in Islamorada on September 17 through 20. The event will be preceded by a Hero’s Welcome Reception Tuesday, September 17 from 6:00 to 8:00PM at the Islamorada Fish Company. The community is highly encouraged to attend and greet these amazing veterans that have served our country bravely. Please come on out!
