Join Rhythm and Release for an outdoor HIIT class at Joia Beach!
Joia Beach invites you to an outdoor HIIT class on Saturday, January 28th at 12PM. Experience a workout like no other, featuring an active recovery and meditation flow. A new form of rest and recreation, Rhythm and Release, in partnership with Celsius, is inviting you to flow with them, while taking in the gorgeous, sweeping Miami skyline view.
Guests are encouraged to BYOM (Bring your own mat), towel, and water.
