Kickoff the 72 nd Annual Monticello-Jefferson County Watermelon Festival with a "Home Grown" meal. The 2023 Pageant, Parade Grand Marshall, Program Cover, and Baby Photo Contest winners will be announced.
After dinner, head on out to Mulberry St. and watch local businesses, youth groups, civic clubs, churches, and first responders among others, compete in a bed race and best decorated bed.
