It's that time of year again when finding the perfect bird for the Thanksgiving table is stressful for families facing financial difficulties or food insecurities.
Safebound Moving and Storage is partnering with the West Palm Beach Police Department and the Cotton Bottom Diaper Bank for the fourth consecutive year to support Palm Beach County families.
On Sunday, November 24, from 9 a.m., 1,250 birds, 25,000 diapers, and toys will be distributed until supplies last.
"Last year, we gave away 1000 turkeys, but there were still people coming, so this year, we have increased the amount to 1250," said Mike Greco, founder of Safebound Moving and Storage.
"We value our community partners that allow us to build and strengthen trust in the community." Said WPBPD Police Officer Seth Buxton.
Families will remain in their vehicles and drive through the line to receive their items.
