Noble Clay hosts The Changemaker Challenge

At Noble Clay, we're creating a fitness experience that is personal, community-centric, and impactful (in more ways than one), and your pledge will help us continue providing top-notch training, community focus, and sliding scale pricing to ensure all people have access to the best training within Atlanta.

Team 10k Row! Teams of 3 will row for time while watching the Jumbo Tron to see where they stand in the race against their fellow competitors using Concept 2's Erg Software. Top teams will win prizes from our amazing partners like Yeti, Lululemon, and more. We are so excited for the Changemaker Challenge! We want as many people there as possible, so we now three options for you to choose from.

Option 1: A competitive gender-specific team of 3 to row 10,000m collectively for $35/person.

Option 2: A non-competitive coed team of 3 to row 10,000m collectively for $20/person.

Option 3: A non-rower ticket to cheer people on for $free and an option to donate to compete in the mini events.

You can still compete in these mini events as well no matter which option you choose:

?️‍♂️ Max Pullups Test your upper body strength and see how many pull ups you can hit! It’s all about reaching new heights.

? Max Dips How many dips can you do? Time to find out!

?️‍♀️ 3 Rep Max Deadlift How heavy can you go? Find your 3 rep max and show your power in this classic strength test. ?‍♂️ Max Farmer’s Walk with Bodyweight Carry your bodyweight as far as you can. This event will test your grip, core, and endurance. Ready for the challenge?

? 21-15-9 Reps for Time: Thrusters and Burpees Over Bar Push your cardio and strength to the limit with this fast-paced workout. Complete 21, 15, and 9 reps of thrusters and burpees over the bar as quickly as you can. It’s the ultimate fitness test!

Each of these mini-events will give you a chance to show off your skills, compete with friends, and have a blast while getting stronger together. Whether you’re aiming to hit a personal best or just want to enjoy the day, we promise these events will make your Changemaker Challenge experience even more unforgettable.
