Trauma Informed Self Defense Classes for Women

As a service to the women in our community, martial arts instructors specializing in Muay Thai, Taekwondo, Filipino Kyusho, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu will offer free trauma-informed classes. No prior experience is necessary, and classes are not consecutive; participants are welcome to drop in anytime. Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable workout pants and shirts with sleeves. Class maximum is 15 students so please sign up the day before via e-mail address provided.
