Teaches your Teen lifesaving self defense and discipline! Ages 13-17.These classes will be fun, highly interactive and challenging at the same time. Mixture of physical and mental trailing. Drills that are fun, and teaching the body and mind to react under stressful situations. Finish off the course with pizza and supersoakers!
