Midcoast Successful Aging Expo

Join us May 3, 2024, for the free Midcoast Successful Aging Expo at the Elks Lodge on Rankin Street in Rockland The free expo will feature 20+ exhibitors, talks and free coffee. Door prizes (including a $50 Hannaford gift card) and demos make for a fun and free day. Many thanks to Islesbrook Village at Wiscassett for sponsoring. Expo opens at 9 a.m. and runs until 2 p.m. Lunch and snacks are available for purchase at the canteen. Free coffee all day.

Speakers will talk at 10, 11 and noon. Hosted by on-line resource Maine Senior Guide, the expo features many expert resources. Get your questions answered by people working with insurance, senior communities, home care, hearing and senior education, and much more. Talks and demos. Plenty of free parking is available.
