Come and Go Sitting and Walking Meditation, Saturday, May 4th 7AM-7PM

Host and Zen teacher, Nancy Hathaway of Tea House Zen and Morgan Bay Zendo invites you to join her sitting in the Morgan Bay Zendo and walking on the grounds including the Zendo Moss Garden on Saturday, May 4th anytime between 7AM-7PM. Come and Go as you please. The Day of Quiet will offer space to hear the songs of spring birds while sitting and walking quietly. Bring food for snacks or lunch. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Tea will be served throughout the day. One on one meetings with the teacher are optional. No charge/donations graciously received.
