EXPO MICHIGAN MARKETPLACE POP UP SHOPS

A Professional Exhibition and Opportunity for everyone to exhibit their family friendly business, products, and services to thousands of shoppers in a community setting at local shopping malls.   Now in the 12^th year, since 2012 these events have been held at malls in Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties, MI.  Thousands of shoppers have visited these exhibitors.

CRAFTERS MARKETPLACE – SMALL BUSINESS FAIR – ENTREPRENEURS EXPO, events have been affordable to everyone to set up a family friendly pop up shop for one weekend or more.

WANTED:   One thousand Michigan artists, crafters, entrepreneurs and exhibitors invited to set up a pop up shop for one weekend or mall inside stores at Lakeside Mall.   GUINNESS WORLD RECORD is 900 vendors for an art show.

Our goal is 1,000 or more crafters, entrepreneurs, exhibitors and vendors for one weekend or more.

Events began and continue to promote Michigan, people, products and businesses.  The events were started by people working with disability agencies in southeast Michigan to provide an opportunity for people with special needs to exhibit and sell hand crafted items or present their small business.  Some people with disabilities are unable to work, many begin making handcrafted items.

There are craft shows every week at local church, schools, veterans halls and hotels.   People do not shop at these locations every day of the year.  Thousands of shoppers do go every day of the year to local malls.  These events are organized as a Professional Exhibition.  Exhibitors have matching tables, white linen tablecloth and printed sign with their name, event name tags.

Exhibit for one weekend or set up before Thanksgiving and stay until Christmas Eve.  Vendor clean out is December 27, 2023.

 HOLIDAY MARKETPLACE exhibitor spaces are $79 each weekend paid before July, $99 paid before September. Regular price is $149.  Includes a table, chairs, white linen matching floor length tablecloths, printed table sign.

SPACE ONLY, bring your own tables, chairs.  Matching tablecloth required.  Weekly:  $55 before July 1, $75 before September 1.  Regular price SPACE ONLY $125 each weekend, paid after September 1, 2023.

 Exhibit ALL DAYS, FRONT SPACES, Thanksgiving to Christmas.  Reserve before August 1 for $399.  Regular price is $499.  This is to exhibit all 12 days, set up in advance.   SPACE ONLY:  $299 advance, regular $399.

Every table at your exhibit is required to have matching color, linen/fabric floor length tablecloth, white or black preferred.  Printed, branded tablecloths are allowed.  We strive for A Professional Exhibition.

This has been very popular since the first events in 2012.  Every table has a printed table sign with the exhibitors name and business name.  Each sign has a series of numbers, birthdays.  Every exhibitor should talk to all shoppers, ask them to look at every vendor table sign for their birthday.  Every table sign has different birthdays.  The more people that tell shoppers to look at all the table signs, the more people stop and shop at vendors.  When shoppers find their birthday they shout out lout: “BINGO I WON FREE LUNCH”.   All the vendors should clap loud, the noise will echo in the mall and attract shoppers.   It has worked for 12 years.  Vendors must talk to every shopper, tell them to look for their birthday on every table sign.   BINGO I WON FREE LUNCH
