On Saturday, June 24th, from 11am – 1pm, you will learn with our Syrian Chef “Mawda Altayan” how to make delicious and nutritious meals from scratch.
In this class, Chef Mawda will show you how to prepare two different vegan and vegetarian meals:
SYRIAN MOUSSAKA: A Middle Eastern and Mediterranean casserole made with layers of eggplant, onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, garlic, spices and olive oil.
SYRIAN VERMICELLI RICE with basmati rice, vermicelli, ghee, salt, and pepper .
At the end of the 2 hours class, students will gather together to eat the meals they have watched their teacher cook.
