On Sat Oct 26th-Get ready for a pawsitively spooktacular time at the HowlOWeen Pet Parade and Costume Contest in Black Mtn Town Square. Strut your stuff in the FREE parade or unleash your creativity in the costume contest for just $8. With 2 categories- Pets and Pets and Their People- there is a great chance to win amazing prices from local businesses and cash! The audience gets to crown the Grand Prize winner, so bring your A-game! All proceeds benefit Rusty's Legacy, a shelter dedicated to rehoming pets from high-kill shelters.
