Please join us for the second of the Monologue Omitted History series, scheduled for September 8, 2022 at 7:30 pm at the Hannah Block Historic USO/CAC Building.

Come and learn about Sarah Boone, an American inventor from New Bern, NC. and Harriet Jacobs, an African-American writer whose autobiography, Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl, published in 1861 under the pseudonym Linda Brent, is now considered an "American classic". Both women were born into slavery in North Carolina.
