9:00 AM - 9:45 AM: Heartfulness Meditation (Ages 15 and Above)
Immerse yourself in a guided meditation session focused on heartfulness, helping you achieve inner peace and clarity. Ideal for participants aged 15 and above.

9:00 AM - 9:45 AM: Kids Yoga (Ages 6-15)
A fun and engaging yoga session specially designed for kids. This class helps children improve their concentration, flexibility, and overall well-being through playful yoga exercises.

10:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Brighter Minds Demo (Cognitive Enhancement) for Kids
