Thurman Fall Farm Tour

Thurman hosts Annual Fall Farm Tour. Explore the town with a self-guided map, leading you to a variety of sitess including working farms, local businesses, sugar houses, and even a quilt show.

Taste and sample your way from one stop to the next with fresh out-of-the-oven baked goods, jams and jellies, meats, maple treats, and award-winning cheeses.

Demonstrations and activities are offered at each location. Learn about railbike adventures, organic farming, beekeeping, mushrooms, herbs, maple syrup, lace making, and good old traditional farming. 

Pick up a map at your first stop or download it ahead of time so you can plan your day. Thurman is just 20 minutes from Lake George. Take Exit 23 off the Adirondack Northway to New York State Route 9 to Route 418 and follow the signposts throughout town.
