The GriefShare group will cover various topics and aspects of grief including: what to expect, the do’s and dont’s of grief, challenges of grief, the journey of grief, how grief affects relationships, why?, guilt and anger, complicating factors, how not to get stuck in grief, valuable lessons to learn, moving forward with hope and much more. The group consists of 3 key components including group discussion, a new video each week, and a free workbook for each participant to keep and use privately. No pressure to ever speak/share beyond one’s personal comfort level.
