A 10 Year Legacy of Accessible Yoga
From its inception in 2015, Elevate Akron has been proud and honored to bring yoga and wellness practices to our own city and surrounding communities. For 10 incredible years, Elevate has established a legacy in Akron and the greater area as a champion of accessible yoga by offering a premier yoga festival each year, as well as offering continuing education resources for yoga teachers, community yoga classes and gatherings, workplace wellness programs, and more. We have been so grateful to be able to host 10 major festivals with nearly 18,000 people, and partnered with over 250 local businesses, artists, and organizations. As we approach our eleventh festival in our tenth year, we look forward to watching these numbers and this legacy grow. Coupled with our University of Akron partnership, hosting our major festival at the lovely Coleman Common this year, we are so fortunate to continue this tradition on July 20, 2024. Head to The University of Akron on July 20th from 3:00-8:30p.m. to CELEBRATE our 10th year and 11th signature OUTDOOR Yoga Festival. Connect with nearly 2000 wellness-minded people, volunteers, local businesses, nonprofits, food trucks and artists at The University of Akron's Coleman Common in front of the Student Union. This community gathering promises the same outdoor FUN as in past years!
