The senses will ignite upon arrival hearing the healing frequencies of the chakra-tuned quartz singing bowls. The body will settle into the sound, as we shift to gentle movement that is beneficial for all bodies. We will then invite mindfulness into the pallet with light healthy organic vegan gluten free snacks. Enjoy guided meditation, and relaxation practices you can take home with you.
