Get to know your district candidates with Dave Miller, host of OPB’s daily radio show “Think Out Loud.”

In November, Portland voters will be electing city council members to represent them by district, instead of through a citywide vote. This voter-approved restructuring creates four new districts. District 4 encompasses all of Portland west of the Willamette River, along with the Southeast Portland neighborhoods of Reed, Eastmoreland, Sellwood-Moreland, and Ardenwald.
