The Portuguese Heritage Day Festival

The Portuguese Heritage Day festival that will take place June 9th - 10th of 2023 at the Portuguese American Club of Bethlehem at 337 Brodhead Ave Bethlehem PA 18015.

The festival starts Friday the 9th at 5pm. We will have traditional Portuguese street foods including the long waited for Portuguese donuts and Bifanas to name a few, there will be live music on Friday by Tony Santos and on Saturday by Ricky Fernandes, Duo Rotacao and folklore dancing by the Rancho Folclorico Sonhos de Portugal.

The festivities continue into Saturday morning at 10am, starting off with a flag raising at City Hall with the Bethlehem Mayor and Senator Lisa Boscola, the President of Portuguese American Club of Bethlehem as well as other honored dignitaries traveling from Portugal to celebrate the Portuguese culture here in Bethlehem.

Following the flag raising we will lead a parade from City Hall ending at the Portuguese American Club to continue the celebration all day Saturday filled with dancing, music, food, a chance to win 2 round trip tickets to Portugal and celebrating the Portuguese Heritage together as a community!
