New Hope Historical Society 2024 Sunset Cocktail Reception Fundraiser

Come join us for an evening of fun and fundraising at our annual Sunset Cocktail Reception! Enjoy delicious drinks, tasty bites, and mingle with fellow supporters as we celebrate the history of New Hope and honor local legend, businessman, and community leader Mr. James McCaffrey III of McCaffrey's Food Markets. This event promises a beautiful sunset backdrop, good company, fantastic music by Liz Dufour whose style ranges from Ella to Elton and Billie Holiday to Billy Joel, a silent auction, and a raise the paddle event to help raise funds to restore the Parry Mansion Museum's summer kitchen to its original use as part of our planning to engage visitors in new ways for the 250th anniversary of America's Independence and New Hope's important role in it. We will even have a few historical figures as guests including the one and only Benjamin Franklin!

Let's celebrate, honor, and raise funds together while sipping cocktails and watching the sun go down. Mark your calendars and be part of this memorable evening!

Because of the generosity of River House at Odette’s, 100% of the proceeds from the Historical Society’s Sunset Cocktail Reception Fundraiser will support the New Hope Historical Society’s mission to maintain, preserve, and interpret the diverse historical influence of New Hope.
