With life moving at such a frantic pace and with so many distractions, our ability to focus and concentrate for any length of time is often impaired. By jumping from one thing to the next much of the time, we aren’t able to settle our mind and enjoy the inner peace and stillness which are available to all of us. During this series, we will focus on special methods for improving our life and meditation practice through training in mindfulness and concentration.

We are a non-profit organization. We have class fees to cover expenses such as rent for a commercial space. The payments for each class allow us to fulfill our mission. Still, we try to keep these fees to a minimum to allow everyone to participate and never turn anyone away if they cannot afford it.
Free parking is available in the lot behind the Center and on the surrounding neighborhood streets.
