Designed by Sadhguru, the program offers the transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya, a powerful and purifying 21-minute energy technique which incorporates the breath, along with rejuvenating and invigorating asanas. Program Details:

Date: Jan 21 - Jan 30

This program is offered in 3 sessions:

• Sessions 1 and 2 (2.5-hour long each). Multiple date and time options are available for you to choose from. These sessions are facilitated by an Isha Yoga instructor.
• Session 3 (9 hours with breaks) with Sadhguru offers the transmission of Shambhavi Mahamudra Kriya.

Completion of all 7 sessions of the Inner Engineering Online course
