We tend to think of summer as a time to be a bit more relaxed and to have more enjoyment. Perhaps this is because our days are slightly longer or the weather is a bit nicer? But, in reality, we tend to get stressed with traffic, travel, and vacations, amongst all of the other normal activities in our life.

This meditation class is the antidote for all of that stress and a great way to learn how to enjoy yourself any time, any place, no matter what is going on. Every is welcome to join us, regardless of experience.

We are a non-profit organization. We have class fees to cover expenses such as rent for a commercial space. The payments for each class allow us to fulfill our mission. Still, we try to keep these fees to a minimum to allow everyone to participate and never turn anyone away if they cannot afford it.

Free parking is available in the lot behind the Center and on the surrounding neighborhood streets.
