Thursdays Aug 25 – September 29
7:30pm – 9:00pm
Meditation is for everyone. However, most people need help learning how to start, improve and master the practices of meditation. In this series, we will learn the fundamentals of meditation. Every class includes meditations, teachings and the opportunity to ask questions.
Everyone welcome, regardless of background or experience.
For people with a special interest in learning to meditate, we have developed a special meditation program. The program is designed to help people improve and enjoy their meditation practice. As part of this program, we are offering four unique online urban meditation retreats. The retreats are approximately every six weeks (Aug 20, Oct 1, Nov 12, and Jan 7).
Check our online calendar for more information about our other Thursday series and the mini-retreats.

We are a non-profit organization. We have class fees to cover expenses such as rent for a commercial space. The payments for each class allow us to fulfill our mission. Still, we try to keep these fees to a minimum to allow everyone to participate and never turn anyone away if they cannot afford it.
