Change Your Life Series – Silencing The Inner Critic with Gen Wangpo

Change your Life Series:
Our life is changing day by day and minute by minute. Sometimes this change feels like it is beyond our control. However, at other times we feel that we are definitely in the driver’s seat. We can learn how to set ourself up for successful growth and transformation and be in control of the changes in our life and how we respond to them. This special four-class Friday Night Lecture Series is for everyone.

Silencing the Inner Critic:
Many people are hard on themselves in a way that is counter-productive and painful. We sometimes have a tendency to be excessively self-critical, self-doubting, and lacking in confidence. These debilitating thoughts can affect our relationships, our work and our ability to realize our full potential in life. In this workshop, we will learn how to use meditation to free ourselves from self-critical thoughts, negative self-perceptions and feelings of discouragement. Everyone welcome!
