Live in the moment! Have you ever received this advice? Has anyone told you what it would look like or how you can “live in the moment”? Truly, the advice is good, but we need practical advice that helps us to be mindful in the moment.

In this series of classes, learn how to get out of your head and into your heart so you can be focused on the moment at hand with a virtuous mind. We will learn how to do all of this in our weekly Sunday classes in May and June.

We are a non-profit organization. We have class fees to cover expenses such as rent for a commercial space. The payments for each class allow us to fulfill our mission. Still, we try to keep these fees to a minimum to allow everyone to participate and never turn anyone away if they cannot afford it.

Free parking is available in the lot behind the Center and on the surrounding neighborhood streets.
