Meditation is a powerful tool for cultivating inner peace, clarity, and happiness. In this course, we will explore the purpose of meditation and how to get started in a regular practice. We will discuss the benefits of meditation, such as reducing stress, improving focus, and developing a more positive and compassionate outlook on life. Through guided meditations, we will learn practical techniques for developing concentration, mindfulness, and wisdom, and discover how to integrate meditation into our daily lives. This course is perfect for beginners who are new to meditation, as well as experienced meditators who want to deepen their practice.

We are a non-profit organization. We have class fees to cover expenses such as rent for a commercial space. The payments for each class allow us to fulfill our mission. Still, we try to keep these fees to a minimum to allow everyone to participate and never turn anyone away if they cannot afford it.
Free parking is available in the lot behind the Center and on the surrounding neighborhood streets
