Learn how to cultivate a happy mind and rely on your mind as the key to finding true happiness and fulfillment. This course will explore the Buddhist poem called Seven Verses of Training the Mind, which provides practical instructions for transforming our minds and developing a more positive and compassionate outlook on life. We will discover how to develop qualities such as patience, generosity, compassion, and wisdom and how to apply them in their daily life. Join us to gain the ability to always rely upon a happy mind alone.

We are a non-profit organization. We have class fees to cover expenses such as rent for a commercial space. The payments for each class allow us to fulfill our mission. Still, we try to keep these fees to a minimum to allow everyone to participate and never turn anyone away if they cannot afford it.

Free parking is available in the lot behind the Center and on the surrounding neighborhood streets.
